Did you order before 22:00? Then your package will be shipped the same day. In the Netherlands, 95% is delivered the next day.
For Belgium, France, and Germany, slightly different delivery times apply (see below).

Our products are located in a distribution center that cooperates with DHL, GLS, PostNL, Bpost, La Poste and DPD. Through this network, we can ship quickly and reliably to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. In each country, our partners use local courier services to deliver your package as smoothly as possible.

Netherlands: PostNL, DHL or DPD - usually next day delivery; delivery within 1–4 working days
Belgium: Bpost, DPD or DHL - delivery within 1–4 working days
Germany: DHL DE, DPD or GLS - delivery within 2–4 working days
France: La Poste / Colissimo, DPD or GLS - delivery within 2–4 working days

Do you think something went wrong with the shipping process or did you receive a strange message from the courier? Let us know - we will look into it with you immediately. If necessary, we will contact the relevant shipping party on your behalf.

We outsource our logistics to a specialized fulfillment company because they can optimize this process much better. This allows us to offer the fastest possible delivery times regardless of the country you order from.

We have been working with this company for a long time and our experiences are very positive. Of course, sometimes a mistake can occur during packing - in that case, feel free to contact us, and we will resolve it for you immediately.

All packages are shipped with a Track & Trace code. You will receive this by email as soon as your order has been shipped. This allows you to easily track your package in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France.
