Delivery and shipping
We ship our packages with PostNL or DHL and currently only deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France. We offer free shipping for ALL orders.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for ALL orders in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France.
Will I receive a confirmation when my order has been shipped?
We will send you an order confirmation within één hour. If something went wrong, please feel free to contact our customer service. We are happy to assist you.
What are your delivery times?
Your order is usually delivered within 1-3 working days.
What if my product is not delivered on time?
We do everything we can to deliver your order within the indicated delivery time of 1-3 working days. In exceptional cases, delays may occur, for example due to high volume at the carrier. Has your order not been delivered after 5 working days? Then please contact us via our customer service. We are happy to assist you and will provide a suitable solution.
Can I cancel an order?
Canceling an order is definitely possible. However, this must be done within 1 hour after ordering, so we can still process it. Would you like to cancel your order? Please contact our customer service.

Yes, you can pay safely afterwards or in installments via Klarna.
Are the products and materials sustainable?
Yes! We prioritize sustainability, both in terms of materials and production. Read here more about our environmentally friendly practices.
How long is my warranty?
How long your warranty lasts varies per product. You can find this on the page of the respective product. If your product is delivered defective, we ask you to send some photos to contact@ellasleeps.com. We will then ensure that you can return your product free of charge and receive a new one. Factory warranty does not affect the statutory warranty.
What should I do if my product has a defect?
If your item is defective, please contact us via contact@ellasleeps.com with your order details and a photo. We will resolve it quickly.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return Ella Sleeps free of charge within the 30-day trial period.
How can I return an order?
We advise giving your body some time to get used to the new product. For a weighted blanket or pillow, this is 1-2 weeks, and feel free to give a topper 4 weeks. If you still don't like your product, you can of course return it in the ORIGINAL packaging.

How does the 30-night trial period work?
You can try our products for 30 nights. If you are not satisfied, we will pick up the product free of charge and refund your money.

Weighted blanket
How heavy should my weighted blanket be?
We recommend choosing a blanket that is about 8-12% of your body weight. Unsure? Check our size chart or contact our customer service for advice.
Do you offer covers for weighted blankets for children?
At this time, we do not offer separate covers for the Ella weighted blanket for children. The blanket itself is machine washable at 30°C, making it easy to keep clean.
Many parents also choose to place the blanket over a duvet or light blanket for extra protection.
Can I wash the weighted blanket?
Yes, but only if the blanket and your washing machine allow it. Check if the weight of the blanket (for example, 7 kg) is within your machine's limit. Use a delicate wash program at max. 30–40°C and avoid spinning.
Do you offer covers for weighted blankets for adults?
For weighted blankets from 7 kg, we recommend using a cover because most washing machines cannot handle the full weight of our adult blankets. Of course, you can always check the maximum load capacity of your own washing machine to be sure.
Hand washing is possible, but many of our customers find this impractical. Moreover, frequent washing can cause the blanket to wear out faster. Therefore, we recommend using a cover to keep the blanket clean and make it last longer.

Yes, all our products – including the weighted blanket, topper, and pregnancy pillow – are made from hypoallergenic and skin-friendly materials, suitable for sensitive skin types.

Is the topper suitable for every type of mattress?
Yes, the topper is compatible with almost every type of mattress, whether pocket spring, latex, or foam.
Does the topper not slip away during sleep?
No, our topper is equipped with non-slip material on the underside and elastic corners for secure attachment to your mattress.
What is the difference between the two sides of the mattress topper?
The topper features a stylish bamboo cover that is not only elegant but also functional. The breathable AirMesh material on the underside ensures optimal ventilation, so you can enjoy top quality for years.
Which size mattress topper should I choose?
Choose the size that fits your bed exactly. The mattress protector should not hang over the edges. Just choose the same dimensions as your mattress.
What is the maximum weight for the mattress topper?
The topper supports up to 120 kg per person.
