What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free on all orders in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Will I receive confirmation when my order has shipped?

You’ll receive an order confirmation within one hour. Has something gone wrong? Feel free to contact our customer service team; we’ll be happy to help.

What are your delivery times?

Your order is usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

What if my product isn’t delivered on time?

We do everything we can to deliver your order within 1 to 3 business days. In exceptional cases, there may be delays, for example due to high volumes at the carrier. Has your order still not arrived after 5 business days? Contact us and we’ll find a suitable solution.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, as long as you let us know within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your order will already be processing. Contact our customer service team to cancel.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay later or in installments with Klarna.

How long is my warranty?

The warranty period varies by product and is listed on the relevant product page. Did your product arrive defective? Send a few photos to contact@ellasleeps.com. We’ll make sure you can return the product free of charge and receive a replacement.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not affect your statutory warranty.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within the 30-day trial period. Mattress toppers have a longer trial period of 100 days. See our return policy for the process and costs.

How can I return an order?

Give your body a little time to adjust first. For a weighted blanket or pillow, that’s 1 to 2 weeks; for a topper, about 4 weeks.

Are your reviews genuine?

No, we're an online brand. By keeping our costs low, we can offer premium products at a fair price.

How heavy should my weighted blanket be?

We recommend a blanket weighing around 8 to 12% of your body weight. Not sure? Check our size chart or contact our customer service team for advice.

Can I wash the weighted blanket?

Yes, provided the blanket and your washing machine allow it. Check that the blanket's weight is within your machine's limit. Use a delicate cycle at no more than 30 to 40 °C and avoid spinning.

Do you offer covers for weighted blankets for adults?

For blankets weighing 7 kg or more, we recommend using a cover, as most washing machines can't handle the full weight. Check the maximum load capacity of your machine to be sure.

Hand washing is possible, but many customers find it impractical. In addition, frequent washing causes the blanket to wear out faster. A cover keeps the blanket clean and helps it last longer.

Do you offer covers for children's blankets?

We currently don't offer separate covers for the Ella weighted blanket for children. The blanket itself is machine washable at 30 °C, so it's easy to keep clean.

Many parents also place the blanket over a duvet or light blanket for extra protection.

Is the mattress topper suitable for every type of mattress?

Yes, the mattress topper is suitable for almost any type of mattress: pocket spring, latex or foam.

Does the mattress topper slip while sleeping?

No. Our mattress topper has an anti-slip underside and elasticated corners to keep it securely in place on your mattress.

Can I use the pregnancy pillow after pregnancy too?

Certainly. Many mothers continue using it as a nursing pillow, or simply for extra comfort while resting and sleeping.

Is the pregnancy pillow cover removable and washable?

Yes, the cover can be unzipped and is machine washable.

Are the materials hypoallergenic?

Yes. All our products, including the weighted blanket, mattress topper and pregnancy pillow, are made from hypoallergenic, skin-friendly materials that are suitable for sensitive skin.
