Warranty period
As a consumer, you are entitled to the statutory warranty provisions. This is known as the legal warranty and means that the product meets expectations and does what you may reasonably expect it to do.
In addition, Ella Sleeps provides a standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all our products. This period begins when your order is delivered.
What is covered by the warranty?
- Manufacturing defects and material defects
- Seams, zippers, and stitching that come loose during normal use
- Filling that shifts or clumps without an identifiable cause
- Products that are already damaged upon delivery
When does the warranty expire?
A product is not covered by the warranty if the damage was caused by the consumer. Examples include improper washing, tears caused by overloading, or normal wear and tear after intensive use.
