With every order at ellasleeps.com, you have at least 2 years factory warranty after receiving your order.

Warranty period

As a consumer, you are entitled to the legal provisions regarding warranty. This is also called the statutory warranty and means that the product meets expectations and does what you as a consumer can reasonably expect.

In addition, you also have 2 years of factory warranty on all our products.

When does the warranty expire?

A product is not covered by the warranty if products are damaged due to the consumer's actions. Of course, we are always open to questions, you can always email us. Then we will find a suitable solution together.

How do you extend the warranty?

To extend your warranty, simply fill out the extended warranty form within a month after your purchase. This gives you 3 extra years of warranty on EllaSleeps and selected products. This means you get up to 5 years of warranty on your purchase in total.
