The right of withdrawal and reflection period
Every customer has the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal gives the customer the right to cancel the purchase without reason within the set period of at least 14 days, to return with a refund of the full purchase amount.
Ellasleeps.com has a standard period of 30 days because we believe you should have the time to experience the effect and quality to be able to test the product. We do this because we fully stand behind our products and are convinced that if you try the product first really needed and it fits your body, you can no longer miss.
Costs
Besides the extra time you get, we have made returning products also made free.
