With every order, you get a 30-day trial period starting from the moment your order arrives. Plenty of time to take a good look at the product and assess it. Returns are free.
How it works
Register your return
Click the button above and follow the steps. You only need your order number and email address.
Return the product
You will receive a free return label. Pack the product in its original packaging and drop it off at a collection point.
Get your money back
Once we have inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price. We do this twice a week.
Right of cancellation and cooling-off period
Every customer has the right to cancel. This right allows you to return your purchase without giving a reason within the statutory period of at least 14 days, with a full refund of the purchase price.
At Ella Sleeps, we use a standard period of 30 days because we believe you should have enough time to properly test the product’s effects and quality. We fully stand behind our products and are convinced that once it suits your body, you will not want to be without it.
When can you return an item?
- The product is not damaged or broken, complete and in its original packaging.
- The product does not meet your expectations within 30 days of receipt.
- You have registered your return through the returns portal.
Refund
As soon as we have received the item in good condition, your payment obligation ends. Have you already paid? Then we will refund the amount.
This happens twice a week after the returns have been inspected, or no later than 14 days after you registered your return.
Returns are free. But they do cost us.
In addition to giving you extra time, we have also made returns free of charge. This has almost become standard by now, but it does mean that we pay the shipping costs both ways. That quickly adds up to more than €12 per return.
Why are we telling you this? Because we think it's important that you're aware of it. We are happy to take responsibility for it, because it's part of good service and we believe in our products. However, there are costs involved, and vans have to drive around for all those packages.
Free gift policy
Free gifts are offered as part of promotional campaigns when your order exceeds a certain minimum value. If your return brings you below that threshold, you have two options:
Option 1: return the gift
Include the unused free gift with your return. You will then receive a full refund of the purchase amount.
Option 2: keep the gift
You keep the gift, and its value will be deducted from your refund.
