Did you place your order before 10:00 PM? Your package will be shipped the same day. Within the Netherlands, 95% of orders are delivered the next day.

For Belgium, France, and Germany, slightly different delivery times apply (see below).

Shipping Partners

Our products are stored in a professional distribution center that works with trusted carriers such as DHL, GLS, PostNL, Bpost, La Poste, and DPD.

This network allows us to deliver quickly and reliably across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France.

Delivery Times

• Netherlands: PostNL, DHL, or DPD — 1–4 working days (usually next day)
• Belgium: Bpost, DPD, or DHL — 1–4 working days
• Germany: DHL DE, DPD, or GLS — 2–4 working days
• France: La Poste / Colissimo, DPD, or GLS — 2–5 working days

Shipping Issues
